Our Trip to Zoo Atlanta

Mei-Lan, the 2 yr. old panda

On Sunday, we took the boys to Zoo Atlanta. I'm sad to say that this was Stephen's 1st trip to the zoo. We had such a great time. We saw tons of animals of your standard zoo animals, plus tons of other really cool animals. Thomas' favorites included an owl named Quincy and an albino black rat snake. Stephen loved the tigers and the lemurs. My favorite was by far the PANDAS!!! We saw Mei Lan (who just turned 2). She was so playful. She would roll around and grab shoots of bamboo and fall to the ground. It was a great day. We are looking forward to visiting again in the spring.
