Today Thomas went to the West Cobb Regional Library to read to a service dog named Kody. We registered for this event weeks ago, so Thomas had been waiting for this day to come. Kody was an absolute sweetheart. He loved having the boys pet him. (which it quite obvious from these pics) Kody sat very attentively and listened while Thomas read 2 books to him. Kody's owner told the boys about the "job" that Kody does. He goes to hospices, hospitals, and crisis interventions to bring joy to those who are there. Thomas had such a great time reading to Kody that he is planning on doing it again real soon.

awww... there are people called "puppy tails" with a few (3 I think) doggies they bring to the assisted living home downtown PS where Gmother is. it is the highlight of her month, they come each month.they people LOVE LOVE LOVE that day.it's astonishing to see the changes in them!!!!
